Adjustment/Redo Policy
If you are having any challenges with your haircut or color, please reach out within three (3) days of your appointment. I am happy to adjust any issues for you.

Cancellation and No/Show
If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, a minimum of 24 hour notice is required. Otherwise, you may be charged a fee of $20 or 30% (whichever is greater) and up to 50% for not contacting me or showing up to your appointment. 
 
Privacy Policy
Dimensions Salon, nor any of its employees, will sell, rent or give clients personal information. All information that is collected, through the website or in person, will only be  used to communicate with you as expressed when the information is obtained.
